Hello,

I have paid an advance payment for airtel broadband connection for 3 months for 100 Mbps speed .I was said that I will get the connection within 1 day by the sales representative ” Phani Krishna.After paying the bill,there is no response from him.He is not picking my calls.I got his manager number,Rahul Sharma ,he said that he will check it with technical team and respond but no proper response,when I requested for other service provider,he(Rahul) called me and said that he is in contact with technical team and the process will be done by EOD and he will be updating me but no response after that.

He said that he will initiate cancellation if it is going to take time.But everytime he just plays that cheap gimmicks and manage.I want the connection asap which I conveyed to the sales representative and his manager as my work is going to get affected.I lost trust in the service and not interested in it because of the response I received from the above two sales people.

So I would request an immediate cancellation of my order and I my refund to get initiated.I also want the request I’d for cancellation.
Please respond on this.
