From past 15 days I am not able to receive any text messages especially transactional lik OTP etc, and some times call will not get connect it will be quite.
I had opened a service request on 20th of October (Cl2SM31027550730)
Initially they told it ll get resolved on 23rd when I did follow up they again promised me that it will get resolved by next 48 hours and when I did follow up on 27th of October that ticket was still in open and one of the supervisor promised me that I will get a call from there technitian today and I haven’t.
It’s really very frustrating this ppl keep giving me false commitment and I have been suffering from 10 days.
Because of this issue I am not able to do any transaction as iam not getting OTP. I have been going through lots of problem and this ppl are just don’t care abt it.
