I booked one Air Ticket from Delhi to Visakhapatnam through VARAFI.COM as per following details :
Name of the Passenger : Kusum Singh
Ticket booked on : 24.01.2023
Travel Date: 30.01.2023
Flight details :
Air Asia I5-713
Delhi to Visakhapatnam
PNR no. QKSJUV
Payment made : Rs 3990/-.
When I am checking the ticket status at Air Asia website with above mentioned PNR, the same is not reflected in their records and message appears “PLEASE ENTER VALID KEY”.
I suspect the website VARAFI.COM has issued fake ticket.
I request you to kindly instruct VARAFI.COM to confirm the status of ticket immediately or else make refund on priority with differential ticket fare that I will have to pay for booking afresh.
