I am user of airtel prepaid.
I done recharge worth 3500 thousand with 1 year validity.
After that i need some extra data
So I browse data plans on Airtel thanks app.. i recharge with 108 rupees for 6 gb data with prime mobile addition . They clearly shown in their template that this prime mobile edition validity same as your pack …
Now after recharge I cannot get prime mobile edition. I reaised complain but cannot response from customer care… plz help me… take some action .. I attached screenshots of their advertisement… waiting for your reply
