So I have purchased a purple satin cushion pad worth 949 on pepper fry and what I received is this garbage. I complained saying since this product does not look anything like what they claim it on their website I need to be able to return the product. Their case managers don’t even bother calling you they just close the case and everytime you call checking up on this they will raise a new complaint which gets closed without any notification in a few minutes, I am absolutely disgusted at pepperfry for being a FRAUD and they need to be sued, this is absolutely unprofessional and this company needs to shut down for fraud and malpractice.
