They said they’d pay out whatever I win in minutes. And there is no option to opt in or out of any agreements. It says by playing you agree to their litigation terms but there is no actual agreement made on behalf of the consumer.
You don’t even accept their privacy policy while it blatantly says they collect and sell your data to third parties.
I believe my actual out of pocket losses for the cost of my data are more than what they said I’d win.
