The blinkit app displayed an offer of ‘buy one get one free’. Under that there were options to buy from i.e. various quantities of the same product to buy. One selection of one unit, a free unit wasn’t delivered and on adressing the same, blinkit customer service replied that they only send two products when you select the option to but two products.
In case of other items which are sold in a pack of two , and not under the offer of ‘buy one get one free’ , they too are sold as a single unit when the single unit is put in cart, and two units when we select the two units’ option.
The offer of buy one get one free should give you a free product on buying one. Therefore, paying for one makes me entitled to another unit. The product under an offer should be differently displayed than the case of combo packs. In a combo we pay for every item in the combo.
Blinkit is trying to falsely display their item in the name of ‘offer’. It actually ain’t a offer if a different and higher price is provided in order to avail a free product.
