In the myairtel thanks app, it was advertised that, if i recharge before expiry of my current plan, i can save 20%, and also it was also told that, new plan will be activated only after the expiry of current active plan. But to my surprise, my current active plan still active and my new plan was activated immediately, validity of my new plan was reduced to equal days of my old plan. For example my old plan will expire on december 15 then my new plan has to get activated from dec 16, and i rechrged prioir to expiry of my current plan , i still have 20days validity, approximatly u can take nov 24 th i recharged. Now on same day new plan activated and expiry date of new plan became nov 23 of 2022, which it shud be dec 15 ,2022,
It is becoz of false app promotion, i was misleaded and i lost money, i complained multiple times to 121 as awll as 12@in.airtel.com, yet there is no reply from ur side, it looks like airtel only needs our money not intrested at all in solving if problem araises..
