I’d like to raise a complaint against ICICI LOMBARD HEALTH INSURANCE. They claim in their advertisement (https://youtu.be/IdTbrhZ9d9U) that rhere is “No Room Rent Capping” in their health insurance policy. However, when I enquired with them over the phone they provided a different answer every time. So I raised a complaint through twitter. They called me and informed that Room Rent Capping depends on the Hospital TPA Department so I need to talk to the hospital when I asked why this is not mentioned in their policy documents or why do their advertisement do not clarify this. They did not give me any written response. Even on their website advertisement they mention “No room rent capping” and “No Capping or sub limit for doctor charges for any disease”. Please help.
