Paying for 50mbs unlimited pack getting 2mbps – 20mbps on a hardwired desktop direct from modem . Speed keeps fluctuating and as already stated in other complaints always down during prime time .Disgusted and mentally stressed because cant do anything online for work ( unreliable connection ).Local reps seem like they just came from a Village no etiquette on phone , don’t listen, don’t care, don’t give a flying F#@K about customer .
Don’t fall for the name ‘EXCITE’ L the crappiest ISP i’ve come accross who’s motto must be
WE ARE GODS , CUSTOMER’S ARE DOGS .
