Ordered a product on 18/07/2022 for the amount of 1399rs.
Received a the delivery parcel on 26/07/2022 but to my surprise i received a parcel with multiple layered covered box which was empty with a toy watch in it.
I am attaching images for referrence, product I should have received and product i received.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Please contact your payment gateway and demand a refund.
