Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a RAXO Invertible 5.0 smartwatch from imartcart.in – imartcart Enterprises
Opp. IndusInd Bank, Palwal, Haryana – 121102 with order number IMC10684 priced Rs. 1,799 with Shipper being Jyothi Enterprises via Ecomm Express and were delivered on time.
But the product I received from the agency was a cheap Wrist band watch which was completely different from the product I had chosen.
I immediately requested imartcart.in with their email id: helpimartcart@gmail.com about the wrong product delivery and was responded with an email assuring of action immediately assuring to refund (the emails is enclosed).
In one of the email reply they requested me for my bank details to process refund to which I provided them, but so far no refund has been initiated as they assured nor have they contacted me.
So I would like to request the authorities to please consider my complaint on the imartcart.in agency and provide me solution and take action on them.
The details of the product, emails are enclosed.
