I had a Conversation with one of Customer Executive On 1 March 2022 where she promised me to remove my late charge fees. The amount of 1000 Rs was paid on 1 March 2022 where she told once you pay the amount the fees will be waived off but she never did it.
As promised I thought everything was completed from my end but month on month i was charged with late fees it Impacted my Credit Score Badly. I reached Moboiquick with the same matter in April again. A customer executive told me a request is raised where you will get Solution in 24 hours . It’s been 6 months now and still no resolution has been given. Due to Negligence of this fin-tech giant I have suffered a severe loss.
