Hirejob.co.in – This is the company that is trying to defraud me.

They called and said to complete 500 forms in 5 days. They said that agent will contact you to give work, but no one contacted me and I did not get any work related document.

Call date:- 28th August 2021.

They said you have to pay INR 6000+GST for the work which they had not said before.

When I refused, they said we will do court case on you.

Some “Advocate ” called and said that they will do a case on me for contract breach.
Lawyer call date:- 6th September 2021.

Then, they sent me a message that they have filed a case against me under Section 72,73,74 in the Indian Contract Act.

And then they have sent me all messages such as “Hire a Lawyer, we have started legal proceedings…Legal Notice has been generated and dispatched to your address…..etc”

Please look into this company.
