Today I booked a flight from dehradun to mumbai from vimaansafar.com. But with the provided PNR from the website I was not able to see my booking on airline official website .So I called vimaansafar.com customer support to ask why was this happening, they said you can check with another last name but when O again checked on airline website it was someone lese name and amount was not shown plus no cancellation can be done.

i have booked ticket today thru Vimaansafar.com, my payment debited, but ticket not booked. Now getting call from many unknown nos for giving alternate options etc, but refund they are not responding. What to do ? how to get refund . I had booked seeing their website https: thought secured one. now lost my money also they harassing by calling
Yes, it is a fake site. I booked my ticket today. After the money payment the tickets were not booked.

I booked flught from BOM to Patna for Rs 82500 for ne, my wife and my 6 yr kid to see my father inlaw who was on Ventillator.
After payment was confirmed, I got a call from Ashish Kapoor with mobile number 9355611103 that only 2 seats are available and when I said OK, confirm for my wife and kid…he told fare increased to 39000 and he was insusting to say yes else these seats will also not available.
Once I called Indigo customer care, many seats were available and then I booked ticket for me.
I have also booked my ticket from Viman safar. Payment is deducted but no booking confirmation mail I have received. How to get refund?
