Dear Team,

I purchased a new Krypton K5 (Green) mobile phone for 4,449 indian rupees from ezeephones online shopping.

But I didn’t get any response mail from company and I didn’t receive any call from customer service.

I called to provided customer care number. It got ring and disconnected immediately.

I sent a mail to given customer care help desk. It is also not delivered.

I syrostro believe that it was a fake and making fraud.

Kindly help me to recover and sort out this problem for our citizen.
