On 13/10/2023, I had booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Bagdogra from vimaansafar.com. I received a mail confirming the ticket. However, while checking a PNR number in the respective airline, it is not booked. I contacted the customer care of vimaansafar they are assuring to wait till the date of flight. And airline is saying helpless as the ticket hasn’t been booked. The amount got already debited from the account.
