https://www.bass-rockerz.com. The link given has a very convincing UI claiming to sell good quality products at cheap prices.
It has a return policy section that has no steps to initiate a return . Just to read and exit the page.
I paid 1600 for a pair of black and blue skull candy earbuds under the sale / buy 1 get 1 free section . Instead I was delivered a very cheap quality product that is in a working condition and is MADE IN CHINA.
Not just fooling the customers with their unrealistic sales and offers but also committing a crime by selling Chinese products under the name of big brands like Skyll Candy , Bose etc.
I request you Sir / Madam to consider my request to take a legal action against the team (Bass Guru).
I am attaching all the pictures for your reference.
Please Note : 1. Deal of the Month has been Mentioned on the packet (the item I ordered ) which wasn’t delivered.
2. No Email address . CONTACT US is a fluke! You are actually dealing with only 1 person because ONLY 1 PHONE NUMBER has been provided, which is switched off where as the address is not on the map.
3. Bar code has no Product information.
4. It’s a fake product. No brand mentioned.
5. Made in China
6. No Return Policy , even though they claim it and have a seperate section for it.
