I gave 1200 rs and ordered 3 product, their is no customer care number

How does the website who doesn’t have customer care number is fake. You should provide more details first if you are facing issues.

I have ordered two sarees of 798 rs. from clothes mart on date 26th December 2018. According to them it must delivered within 10 to 12 days. But yet I don’t get any products.
I have mailed them twice but I don’t get any reply from them.
I am requestibg you to help us to find out where the money transferred if this site is fake.
Help us, how to get back our money from such sites.
After transaction I got this message.
Your order is successfully received. Your order number is 67250. your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days.
