Received wrong product. Paid in full. No return or refund facility. email ID is fake. No way to reach out to them

Entire contact details phone number email id is fake and fraud
I have ordered formal pant in cash payment but the product is worst completely different from the photos videos and product discription provided on site.
No option to return product because contact details is fake and fraud.
Please look into this and take any actions….they are openly doing scam and cyber crime.
