I ordered a Rado watch online from https://www.shopmart.biz/ for Rs.10,000/- and upon delivery I found it is a fake watch and a duplicate look-alike of an original watch with cheap material and finishing. When I tried for customer care phone number I get a recorded voice that the number is invalid and there is no action taken for the mail that I sent to a support email given on the website.
