I ordered a Noise company watch in a combo offer watch + headphones but they delivered a fake watch instead… I paid Rs 1999/- to the delivery person by payment link. I wanted to return item a get a refund of the money but I see that I have not received any communication or any mail from Giftoffer.in where I can submit the return claim. More over the delivery person confirmed that I will receive a message after the item I delivered where there will be a link if I wanted to return… I haven’t received that either.
