I Have ordered a one trimmer on 24-09-2018 wide order no.6104181339. While i am charging the trimmer but the same is not charged.

So i have complaint in NOVA customer care through mail and the response received is that the product which sold by paytm is fake one.

I am also enclosing the mail received from nova customer care for your reference.

Please take an corrective action.
