I have booked a bus ticket in from Paytm on 8th September 2023, from kakinada to Hyderabad, travels name is sree raghavendra travels, after booking I got a message that bus details and driver details will be sent 1 hr before departure time, amount debited from account, I have received pnr number and booking of from Paytm, but the bus dint arrive, operator number is 9948000499 which is switched off permanently, and I haven’t received bus number or driver number, iam trying to call Paytm customer care but they are not responding, and Paytm itself don’t have travels details and contact number, I was charged nearly 1000 rupees for a single ticket,
