Dear All, GM. I’ve the honour to state that 1.I tried to book flight ticket via www.booking.com. But unfortunately, another fraudster travel booking website www.vimaansafar.com to book Flight/Hotel items came into picture which is a highly FRAUD Company with booking ref#VSF01970084. Mr. Vishal, Senior Manager, Mobile # 9355959205 is a Cleaver and Fraudster person.
2. I’ve paid additional Refundable Booking Fee Rs8587 for free cancellation fee for Flight Reservation on 28 Feb 2026 to book my Flight from Kolkata to Japan and return. But, due to my health issue, I cancelled the flight on 12 March 2026 against the travel date 22 march 2026. This is an emergency case. I’ve given him the Certified and qualified doctor’s unfit certificate for my health issue. But, Mr. Vishal told me to deduct the cancellation fine charges even after my emergency health issue.
