Hi Sir/Madam,
Good Morning, I just observed that in my CIBIL status report, there is one extra row appearing with the member name as “TRANSACTREE” and account umber “1668665U” with “Other” as Account type. Loan Amount 60000 which I haven’t applied or paid to anyone as per my account statement. Loan disbursed on “17/08/2022″ and Date Reported and Certified on 31/10/2022”. This fake entry is seriously affecting my CIBIL score and possibility of less loan interest rate from the lenders. Kindly take necessary action on this and remove the entry from the profile history. I have observed several users have raised complaint over the same TRANSACTREE entry in their profile. This is major cyber crime issue which needs to be acted upon with immediate effect to reduce any cyber fraudsters to be benefited.
