Ordered shelving units from visit grill com and never got them, found out through post office that my tracking number was not mine but for a package already delivered to someone else. The company was no help said they knew and would re send my order. Took weeks to hear back whole time sending emails back n forth that just talked in circles. Was finally told my order got re sent but they couldn’t give me a new tracking number for awhile, something about logistics. Was given a new tracking number after more waiting only to find that again it was not mine but belonged to a package delivered across the country not anywhere close to me address. They insist it’s delivered but have known my address since June and that’s not it. I demanded a refund but they will not give my money back or give me what I ordered.
