Recently I have booked tickets from mumbai to kolkata from VARAFI website, but turned out they sent tickets with some random PNR numbers which doesn’t exist and day before travel they mailed that “your booking has been aborted”, I am chasing them over mail from past 20 days they are just replying that they are checking with there team but till now no resolution provided.
