We booked flight tickets from Varafi site . Total amount paid for flight was 23,475. They sent us ticket with wrong PNR. When we tried calling them , after long wait they picked up the phone and said if you need confirm tickets , PNR you need to pay more amount. When we said , we will not pay then they aborted the tickets and initially said you will receive full refund. We received one mail for refund , but no refund oint received. Again when we tried to call them they kept the call on hold and we received one more mail saying 3000 per person total 9000 will be deducted and rest amount 14, 475 wil be refunded . Till now we have not recived any amount. This is fraud company and looting common man’s money. Could you please help us to either revert transaction or hold it. We already filed complain in police.
