Fake ticket issued by Varafi.com
I have booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for 5th Jan 2023. Varafi.com send me a ticket but when I have checked the PNR with the airline (air Asia) they informed there is no such ticket booked with them. When I had contacted them(varafi.com) they say it’s a promotional offer and i can check the ticket only before 24 hrs of the booking time. I told them there is no such terms and conditions in your page so kindly cancel and refund my money. They said it will be refunded but till today i did not receive any money. When I contacted there customer care number today it took me 1hr and 20 mins to connect but the representative told me that our policiy has been changed and i ll be charged 1500 for cancellation. He can’t replay my questions when I asked him as my ticket was not booked in aiinea then why there is a cancellation fee. He cut the phone and since then I can’t able to contact them through the customer care number. Sent them a mail but not much of use. These people are unethical and involved in fraudulent activities. Can’t understand how to get back my money. Hope this organisation could help me to get my money and teach them a lession so that no other person will be cheated by this Varafi.com
