My name is shadab khan and registered phone no is 8923645856 from which i
had placed an order
Now my order was protien supplement of muscletech nitrotech whey gold which
i have received today
When i have opened the order the packing was very loose of the protien
container, the MPN sticker which was provided on the cap to authenticate
the product genuinety in which i have to scartch and get the code for
verification was not able to scratch and whole sticker was removed while
scratching and i didnt get any code from which i can verify
Now the thing which was most shocking was when i opened the cap the inner
seal was tempered,,,, a very bad kind of smell was coming from the protien
, that time i understood that it was a fake product and i have been
cheated of my hard ean money
I called to ekart delevry man carr no. and Cce person hepled me for
replacement however i dont have any faith on the seller from whom i have
received this product and i dont want any replacement for my order i want
my complete refund i cant risk my life by getting relacement of my order
and what if i again get cheated or i am unable to verify and consumed your
supplement which can get a serious loss in my health
Your company is selling supplement product which can risk some one life if
consumed fake product
I dont want to trust anymore just take your order back and allow me the
refund of the same
