My name is aryan amaliya, the below is my description of my complaint I had ordered 2 cargo pants at 899 rs from fashion vibe. The delivery payment method was cash on delivery. The shipment was done by the shiprocket firm. I for my order received email from fashion hub and my order number was 3306. The shiprocket firm send me the email and there my order I’d was #ST16SEP4091. they use to send me the mails also that my rcel has been arrived at a particular junction and all. The day the delivery boy came i gave him the money and after few mins i opened the package and there were 4 layer of packaging and all the package had different sticker (the delivery details and name of the person). When I went on to open the last package I found that there was no cargo pants 21 blue shirt and one pink shirt. Both of the shirt are dirty from inside and it can be seen from the package it self. I mailed the rocketship and the fashion vibe but after 24 hours also there are is no single response from both. The number of fashion vibe on the delivery package is also 11 digit and it’s wrong number. I called rocketship but they have also not responding to it properly. I have been scammed and now i am helpless.
