Ordered a dress material from crazen choice. Payment was done via UPI ( google pay ). Post which no order details were obtained. After few days of placing the order, we got a call from them saying the order has been cancelled and they will refund the amount. We told to refund to the number where Gpay was done. But they refused and started asking bank details. On confronting them on call, that we know they are fraud and we will do a police complaint, the guy on call told that police was incapable to catch them and do whatever you want to do.
