I placed Order #320745 on 19 January 2026 for Air Max Alpha Trainer 5 shoes worth ₹3,999 (COD). The product delivered on 25 January 2026 is fake/counterfeit and not as advertised. I raised a return and refund request immediately, but received no response from the seller. The customer support contact is switched off and unreachable. This amounts to cheating, unfair trade practice, and deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request a full refund along with compensation for mental harassment and litigation costs.
