In Oct 2020, I had conversation with India bulls collection dept. and was said to pay 35,000 Rs for settlement then they will send me NOC. I did as said and did not receive any calls emails or messages in or after 1 year. One day I receive call from IB team that, loan is not settled and I need to pay outstanding of 11k with some change. I visited the branch of Hyderabad location and explained my problem and issues/mistakes created by IB team. They said me that, its their mistake and happened, but I need to pay 2000 Rs to settle it. I asked for letter of offer of settlement, they said again that, they will send after payment. I said, I cant do this mistake again and I wont pay a single rupee if you don’t send me letter. These all happened before 1year in Oct 21. Now today 13.05.22, I am getting messages in mobile for legal notice. Why they are not sending in email or calling me for notice??? Why these guys are not responding my email messages also, I have WhatsApp chat proof also that has been shared already to IB team too. Team please contact me on 9550309581 for more detail.
