This company Sureka Forbes is an imposter company. When I registered for a service on my Eureka Forbes App, I got a call the next day from them asking for an appointment to come service my Aquaguard and said they are from Eureka Forbes.
A technician named came home, serviced the Aquaguard and charged me 8500 INR for a 5-year AMC and said I will get the invoice soft copy later.
When I received the soft copy it read as Sureka Forbes and not Eureka Forbes.
A couple of days later, I got a call from Eureka Forbes for a service visit( the original company), I informed them that I had it done along with an AMC, to which they asked me to share the invoice details. When they checked they informed me that this is a local company and not associated with Eureka Forbes at all and I was cheated.
The data is been leaked from euraka forbes as they call exactly during your service due time and also when AMC is over and that leads to confusion.
A strict action is required for both the companies
