On 15th February 2022 I recharged for one month wifi with jio fiber
There was some engineering issue and a service engineer named Pradeep attended and gave a solution and within an hour they again disconnected the connection telling me sorry for the inconvenience and they repaired it again
Now today morning out of no where they again removed the connection again telling me sorry for the inconvenience
A total of 6 days there is no internet connection and my work from home has been hampered
Kindly help me get my issue resolved and make sure you take an action on this fake company
