Hi,
I have purchased a Mobile phone from Amazon.com (on 18th June 2021) and the payment of the phone is also cleared but now my phone has been completely locked by Flipkart stating that the phone has been purchased under the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plans and asking me to make pending dues payment. But my concern is that I have not purchased my phone from Flipkart neither phone covers any scheme of the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plans.
While talking to Flipkart customer care service, they gave an explanation that the product was purchased from Amazon.com, only amazon can resolve it. Also, a similar response I am getting from Amazon stating that the phone was locked under Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plans, so I need to contact Flipkart. And, realme also directed to Flipkart and Amazon.
Also, I have visited the nearby Realme Customer Service Centre, they told me that I have to pay for the service, since this is not from my end, so why should I pay even, my warranty period is active.
Now I am not able to do anything, requesting to kindly look into this matter to resolve my issue.
