have taken GTPL fibre broadband Internet connection last year dated 6/3/2020, cheque no. 893468 SBI bank amount Rs.7485/- the services they committed was for 15 months but they disconnected the internet services on 6/03/2021 and GTPL staff Mr.Ketan Panchal Mo.9033244416 sending me fake amount receipt amount Rs.6485/- and calling me back to back for renewal, I insisted him and explained him whole thing but he was not able to solve our issue.
GTPL is a professional big company and this kind of unprofessional behavior and act doesn’t suit it.
I request to solve my issue as soon as possible, if not done I will take this issue to consumer court soon.
