this is regarding my recent online purchase on amazon of a dslr camera canon 1500D for which I had paid 24999 online through my credit card on 25th of March, and the delivery was supposed to have happened by 3rd of March, but till date I have not received the product or any update regarding the product even after me repeatedly contacting the customer care, now they say after me waiting for soo long and calling them repeatedly so many times that they will refund the money , now who is going to bear the bank transaction charges and intrest charges for the said period for which I had waited for nothing at all, so please take up this issue legally and resolve the problem so that this does not happen again with another customer again
