In Airtel, there is no such plan as One Airtel. When calling 121 they are diverting to Airtel store & when visiting Airtel store they change your existing plan of mobile & xtream fibre still customer is getting separate bill only.
Now after calling customer service they are not aware of what to do?
Airtel store also has the same thing. They are also not aware of how to merge all bill?
Just a fake advertisement for One Airtel bill plan.
Government has to regulate this fake advertisement giving by providers.
