Fake promises under-booked packages..totally fraud “Pack your Bags with us” & “Pathik your own trips”
I’ve booked tour package with “Pack your bags with us” travel agency for Udaipur Mountabu , Nisha Bisht (contact no. 93199 78226), Tarun Kumar (contact no. 96540 61107), told me there were 50:50 ratio of girls and boys. Pick up point will be only Rohini Sec-18 & Akshardham Metro Station. and in room sharing, there will be only girls.
As this was my first solo trip, that is why I discussed personally with Nisha that I would book the tour package if more girls will be there, I was assured that 50% boys or 50% girls will be there in the tour. Apart from this, 1 lady tour cordinator also will be in tour. On tour package date (18th Aug’23), I got a message from travel agency “Pathik Your Own Trip”. They shared me invoice of 5500/- when I booked the package of 7500/-.
I got a msz for pickup point will be Iffco Chowk (gurugram, haryana) where it is around 43 km from my house and saying that there is already a pickpoint. Still, i reached there but i saw there were 97% boys. There were only 4 girls and they were sitting together. And no lady tour coordinator was there.
There was only 1 seat left next to a boy, tour co-ordinator insist me to sit there but I requested him to adjust me with girl and he refused saying clearly you can cancel the tour package otherwise you will have to travel all night with a boy.
Without adjusting them, I was clearly told to leave from there or with this I was also afraid that on the first day of the tour none of their words were true, then they could have shifted the boys to my room Because apart from me there were only 4 girls, some of whom were in double sharing and I’ve booked in quad sharing (4 members), while I had clearly said before booking that I will get the booking done only when the other 3 members in my room will be girls except me.
Now, “Pathik Your Own Trip” (contact no. 72401 64702) saying on call that they refused to “Pack your bags with us” to no more booking because there are no left seat. I’ve all proof of these. Now Nisha and Tarun not answering my call and not replying on my chat too. Apart from all this, both the agencies have closed comments on their Instagram and have not given any website link on Instagram… even if someone wants to give their feedback by commenting then no one can give it… it is completely fraud agency
I want my full refund i.e. INR 3750/- + my conveyance charge from delhi to Haryana i.e. around 1,500/- (both side)
