I was booking my train ticket from Goibibo app and my ticket was in waiting list. So Goibibo recommend to opt his Goconfirm facility by paying 400rs extra, by which if your ticket is not confirmed you will get full ticket refund with a same amount travel voucher. I went for it. Now when the chart is prepared I got notice that my ticket has been cancelled because it is waitlisted. They have initiated the refund since morning 5am, but i didn’t receive any refund of money or voucher. And it’s a person emergency to leave now itself for destination by booking other options. If the money and voucher hasn’t came then how wile will use that and book another ticket. And also they have mentioned that the voucher is only valid till 4 days but if I haven’t received it then how will I use it. My total money is wasted that is more than 500rs just in this fake promises and time also . Please see to it this is very worst situation for me now .
