17/10/20-I’ve ordered one plus 43 inch tv from Amazon in big billion days sale by exchanging my old Panasonic 43 inch led tv,which amount got deducted from d amount I’ve paid for new one plus tv
19/10/20- I got delivery of of my new one plus tv from Amazon, and they took old tv from my home which is working,in exchange policy, they have mentioned that they will provide installation on same day, but I didn’t get the same, as I’ve contacted customer care of Amazon they said, due to covid policy has been changed, and assured me that they will provide installation on next day, still I’ve not get any notification, I kept calling them, atlast they updated me the slot for 22/10/20 at 2 pm and 6 pm, and provided me the technicians no, but I didn’t get call from him, so I had to contact him, but he was too rude to say he’s not able to come as his schedule is very much packed n can come to next day, and when I said what about slot given to me for today, he said u can return ur product to Amazon, I called customer care to return the product, I spoke to megha(representative) then she forwarded my call to abhilasha, they said give them 24 hours to solve the issue, first I denied but they kept convincing me, and took whole responsibility and said they’ve escalated d issue, then at 5:24pm on same day got msg from technician that he’ll come at 5:25 pm, I called him and he said it was done by mistake, and when I checked Amazon app ,it was showing that I cancelled the installation as thier technician couldn’t contact me, how rubbish is that, and it was showing I have to reschedule for next slot i.e. 24/10/20 ,otherwise my installation will get cancelled, but in reality through amazon my installation got cancelled, again I called them then I said that it will get resolved, but there’s no such update since yesterday ,no one came, this is complete harassment am suffering from, even they are not ready to take this product back, and due to policy I couldn’t open the package as warranty will get void, tv box sitting at corner of my home with no use, no call back or msg till now I got from Amazon, worst ever experience I’m having till date
