I ordered a philips epilator from amazon and received it on 22nd October. The package I received was open from inside and the items inside the box were also poorly packed. When i saw the epilator itself there were few hair particles present, which means I received an already used product.
As we know it’s a hair removal product and should not be shared with anyone else, as it can be harmful to the skin.
I raised a complaint with amazon customer service and i was told that i will get a refund within 24hrs…but there were no sign of the refund so I contacted them again after 3 days. They informed me that I’ll get a refund within 2hrs. Still I didn’t get any refund so i called them again in 2 days and this time i was told that I will not get any refund and they don’t know why i was promised any refund in the first place.
So clearly amazon team made fake promises to me and I hope the calls about complaints are recorded by the amazon team and I should get the refund as I was told.
