I booked an Airtel Wi-Fi plan 1599 with DTH and Free OTT, which Airtel claims. it’s been 9 days, and no one has turned up to install the plan. Payment has already been made. I have called customer care so many times but there is no action. A phone no that was showing in the app that was the wrong phone no. I have been cheated by Airtel.
