🚨FRAUD ALERT🚨

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Country Holiday Inn and Suites (CHIS), and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. During the sales pitch, they promised luxurious and top-rated properties, but the reality couldn’t have been further from the truth. The properties they provided were nothing short of third-class accommodations.

What’s worse is the stark contrast between their grand promises and the actual service you receive. The laundry list of issues begins with their abysmal customer care. They fail to address concerns adequately, often resorting to disconnecting calls when faced with genuine grievances. Their lack of basic manners and respect in communication is shocking.

The company’s blatant disregard for customers becomes evident when they belittle the amount you’ve paid by saying you’ve “only” paid a certain sum. It’s as if they gauge the level of service based on the package you’ve chosen, effectively discriminating against customers who might have opted for a different tier.

But the cherry on top of this disaster is their booking process. If you think you can plan your trip comfortably by booking in advance, think again. CHIS requires you to drop an email only 15 days before your travel, leaving you in a state of uncertainty during peak travel times. Shockingly, they refuse to entertain emails dropped a month or two in advance. This level of disregard for customer convenience is truly remarkable.

My experience with CHIS has been a lesson in how not to conduct business. Their false promises, disrespectful customer service, and unreliable booking process have left me utterly disappointed. I caution anyone considering their membership to stay far away from this so-called holiday planning service. I will never fall prey to such traps again, and I urge you all to do the same. Beware and stay away from CHIS at all costs.

There sales people didn’t allow me to read all clauses in detail and were in a hurry to close the deal. I then verbally asked if I don’t like the properties or the services overall can I get a refund and they promised me the same. Kindly help in getting the refund.
