I bought a new Airtel Broadband Connection on 9th July, 2022. I paid full amount of 3003 rs. for that also.
They said they will install it by 10th july, but they didn’t, then on 11th, 12th, 13th they were telling me we are sending somebody but that somebody didn’t show up, now on 14th they said we will not be able to process your request due to some technological restraints. Now being a such a big company and you are literally harassing somebody for 6 days and then you say you cannot do it, also have not got the refund yet, god knows when I will get that but what a waste this company is.
