This is vineet i am the customer of vodafone idea from last 6year but i was facing data connectivity issue from last two year i have informed many time every time they told me sir now your issue will be resolve with in 24 hour but i issue never resolved amd than finaly i decided to port my number to other service provider and i give port number to other networks and paid them ther security ammount of postpaid .onthat time i was continuing receive call from VI executives than i decided let receive atleast one call of VI executive because i was the oldest customer .. Harvinder was the executive/RM and he told me sir please be with us because you are prime customer so i am giving you 300 rs refund in your VI account and life time prime number anf one year Netflix service with 299/month plan i am moving ..you cancel port request i will activate thease service i gave one chance to them but till now i never received any refunds which i have paid to other networks service provider neither prime network service activates in my number neither Netflix subscription on my number .and now he is blocking my number on whatsapp and call also..i have raised this issue to vodafone idea nodal officer and its been 5 days no one is responding ..i need help please help me..
