Simplilearn committed to give me free retake voucher for one of my certifications, when tried to reach SPOC or Escalations support team from simplilearn no one is responding to my emails, no one is picking my calls, they are purposefully ignoring my calls & emails.
Finally I believe in our judiciary atleast I can get a response from the people, or give me back the voucher fee I will be able to take up the voucher by myself.
